Information You Need
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the process of ordering from Japan and the length of time it takes to source the products, only store credit can be offered for returns within 14 days of receipt. Rest assured that all items are checked thoroughly before posting so that you only receive complete orders. We ask that you check the contents of the products without opening the plastic bags, as proof that damage was not incurred by the customer. Pictures should be taken and sent with your correspondent email if there is an issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What are genuine products?
We stock only genuine Bandai products. These are legally licensed model kits from Japan which everyone loves. There are many counterfeit products which mirror Bandai models sold at lower prices, however the Chinese government are actively cracking down at such operations, ensuring that authenticity of Bandai is protected.
ARE THE PRODUCTS BRAND NEW?
Our products are brand new, fresh from Japan. We do not stock second hand or second market products. All model kits are checked for defects and kept inside the box it came with. When you make an order, the kit is checked again and pictured to ensure everything is as perfect as it should be for you.
WHERE ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Orders over £19.99 qualify for free delivery in the U.K, otherwise it is calculated at check out. International postage is also calculated at check out, however we reserve the right to request extra payment for extras costs imposed by the courier companies, before your order is dispatched.
Customs & Import Tax do not apply to orders made in the U.K, for International customers outside the U.K, it is your responsibility to arrange payment with your National Courier company, we do not cover such fees. If you prefer to edit the invoice, please inform us at the time of making the order by using the comment section.
